General Terms & Conditions – EroticGiftcard

1. Definitions

EroticGiftcard: Trade name of MR Tradingservice B.V., located in Roden, The Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 91945488.
Customer: Any natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with EroticGiftcard.
Agreement: Every contract between EroticGiftcard and the Customer.
Products: All erotic items and gift vouchers offered by EroticGiftcard.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of EroticGiftcard. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

3. Offers and Agreements

All offers are non-binding. An agreement is established only when EroticGiftcard confirms the order in writing (via email). EroticGiftcard reserves the right to refuse orders without stating reasons.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made via the methods offered on the website. In case of late payment, the Customer is legally in default and statutory interest will apply.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times are indicative and not a final deadline. EroticGiftcard is not liable for damages resulting from exceeded delivery times. Shipping is always conducted discreetly.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to dissolve the agreement within 14 days of receipt (right of withdrawal). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of certain products (hygiene/security), some items may not be returnable; this will be clearly stated on the product page.

7. Liability

EroticGiftcard is not liable for damages resulting from the use of products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability is always limited to the total amount of the order.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights regarding the website and products belong to EroticGiftcard.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

All agreements are governed by Dutch Law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the place of business of EroticGiftcard.
