Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal – EroticGiftcard

At EroticGiftcard, we understand that plans can change. Whether it was an impulse buy or a late arrival, you have the legal right to return your gift card within 14 days of receipt.

Return Period and Conditions

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have a period of 14 days after receiving your EroticGiftcard to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase and return the gift voucher.

Conditions for Refund

A refund is only possible if the EroticGiftcard is in its original, undamaged condition and meets the following essential requirements:

• The gift card must not be redeemed: Once the unique code (physical or digital) has been used for a purchase at one of our partner shops, the right to a return is void.
• Undamaged Status: For physical gift cards, if the scratch-off layer covering the security code has been removed or tampered with, the card is no longer considered to be in its “original condition.” In this case, the right to a refund expires.

Return Procedure

To return your EroticGiftcard, please follow these steps:

1. Notification: Inform our customer service of your intent to return the item within 14 days of receipt.
2. Packaging: Ensure the card is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Shipping: Send the gift card (if still in its original condition) to the following return address:

Costs and Responsibility

The costs for returning the gift card are at your own expense.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace. This provides certainty that your package arrives safely and allows us to monitor the return. Without a valid Track & Trace code, we cannot be held responsible for lost shipments.
