Processing and Dispatch

- Same-Day Dispatch: All orders placed on business days before 4:00 PM (CET) are dispatched the very same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
International Delivery Times
We ship our gift cards worldwide. While delivery times vary by location, most international orders are delivered within 3 business days.
Shipping Method and Tracking
To ensure maximum security and peace of mind, all gift cards are sent as tracked letterbox packages.
- Track & Trace: This method allows your EroticGiftcard to be delivered directly through your mail slot while providing a tracking code to monitor the shipment.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your unique Track & Trace code via email.

Delivery Delays and Liability
While we do everything in our power to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we are dependent on our shipping partners once the package leaves our facility.

- If your order is delayed due to carrier circumstances (such as seasonal peaks, sorting errors, or customs processing), we cannot accept responsibility. Our commitment is to ensure your order is handed over to the carrier on time.
